Dustin Roasa is the research director at Inclusive Development International. Since 2016, Dustin has led the research team in conducting investigations into the financial backers of harmful investment projects for our Follow the Money initiative. Dustin also directs the research for our policy campaigns. He authored our Outsourcing Development investigative series, which exposed how the International Finance Corporation has quietly funneled billions of dollars into companies that have wreaked havoc on communities and ecosystems around the world. Dustin is a former journalist who reported from Southeast Asia for The Guardian, The Los Angeles Times, Foreign Policy, Dissent and The Washington Post, among others. He holds a master’s degree in journalism from New York University.
