Rafaela Menezes de Magalhães is a strategic support consultant at Inclusive Development International. Prior to joining Inclusive Development International, Rafaela was a deputy counsel at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris, France), where she was in charge of handling over 100 major international economic disputes and arbitration proceedings involving multinational corporations and states and/or state entities in Africa, Latin America and Asia. She has also worked as a consultant and interned for NGOs in the field of human rights, including Transparency International. She is able to work in English, Portuguese, French and Spanish and has experience working and living in Latin America, Europe and Africa. Rafaela holds a bachelor of laws (LL.B.) with a specialization in International and European Law and a master in economic law from Sciences Po Paris. She also holds further specializations in international arbitration law from the International Academy For Arbitration Law.
